Teaching

Lessons will be held on Fridays from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm and on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and will be in mixed mode, except for some lessons which will be held exclusively in person.

The lessons will be accompanied by in-depth seminars and practical workshops.

Attendance is 75% compulsory.

The training offer is divided into 8 modules for a total of 300 hours:

 

Module I: INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

Module II: THE SOURCES OF EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL LABOR LAW LA

NATURE OF THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Module III: SOCIAL SECURITY

Module IV: LABOR LAW AND PROCESS

Module V: PUBLIC WORK

Module VI: APPLIED SCIENCES

 

Final Test

The qualification will be obtained through the discussion of a final paper on a theme

previously chosen by the student and agreed with the teacher on an object topic

of teaching.

There are no intermediate tests.

 

Training credits 

The Master is accredited by the National Bar Council and by the National Order of Labor Consultants. The achievement of the final qualification can therefore be relied upon in order to obtain recognition of the annual training credits.

 

Internships and other activities

At the end of the lessons, interested students will be able to carry out an internship period at institutions,

Companies and Associations.
