The II level Master's degree in labor and social security law is proposed as a privileged tool for the training of the professional figure of the labor lawyer, as well as for the updating and training development of private and public employees, in accordance with personnel management policies and for the continuous training of professionals.
The course is structured in such a way that the skills necessary to concretely apply the knowledge acquired are acquired, guiding the student to translate the set of rules that regulate labor law into concrete reality, also through attendance at workshops, some of which are entrusted to professionals and expert operators in the sector, in which practical cases are presented which the students are asked to resolve.
The Master is accredited by the National Bar Council and by the National Order of Labor Consultants. The achievement of the final qualification can therefore be asserted by lawyers and employment consultants in order to obtain recognition of the annual training credits.
